John Ferro was hired as a managing director in the business valuation group at UHY Advisors, New York.

Constance Wright was hired as a principal and Jennifer Katrulya was promoted to partner in the business process outsourcing practice, and Joe Cashel was hired as a principal in the newly formed bankruptcy and restructuring services practice, at Citrin Cooperman, New York.

EisnerAmper, New York, appointed to its technology and life sciences services group: Marc Fogarty, national biotech sector leader; Michael Hadjiloucas, national pharmaceutical and medical devices sector leader; Richard Cleaveland, national software sector leader; and Jon Zefi, national technology services leader.

John Alfonso, partner and leader of the not-for-profit and education industry practice at CohnReznick, New York, was named 2021 chair of the American Cancer Society board of directors, beginning a one-year term Jan. 1.

Sarah Hopkins and Jonathan Roller were named partners at Lumsden McCormick, Buffalo. In other news, William Allen was appointed partner at Brisbane Consulting Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lumsden McCormick.
