Jitasa, which makes accounting software for nonprofits, has introduced a bundled package of technology- and service-based accounting and bookkeeping solutions. The announcement follows a recent spate of acquisitions.
Within the past two years, Jitasa has acquired Dynamic Shared Services, an accounting and management services supplier for unions; AVF Consulting, which offered accounting and business management solutions to nonprofits; and K12 Enterprise, which sold financial, payroll, and HR software and services to public school districts. The combination of all these platforms has given rise to three platforms: Jitasa Enterprise for Nonprofits, Jitasa Enterprise for K-12, and Jitasa Enterprise for Unions.
“Our new solutions really give nonprofits, school districts, unions, and other social services groups a comprehensive technology solution paired with our services that is unique in the market,” said Jitasa CEO and founder Jeff Russell in a statement. “While bundled solutions are pretty common in the corporate world, they’re not something people have offered to the social sector until now.”
“Bundling allows us to deliver these high-value products and services more efficiently, which allows us to perform our work more inexpensively for our clients,” he added.
