Dixon Hughes Goodman donates $48K in hurricane relief

Top 100 Firm Dixon Hughes Goodman announced this week that it has donated $48,000 towards relief efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, Maria, and Irma.

The firm’s DHG Foundation and staff members collectively donated to a number of organizations, including the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund, the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), and the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Foundation Emergency Relief Fund.
DHG staff was able to raise over $13,000 for UNICEF alone.

“Our thoughts are with all of the people who have been impacted by these devastating storms,” said Tricia Wilson, president of the DHG Foundation, per a statement. “It has been inspiring to see our DHG family rally together in support and fully exhibit what is at the heart of our DHG values– serving our communities.”

“Because of our people’s passion to give and serve others near and far, we were able to provide 490 UNICEF supply kits for families affected by the devastation in Puerto Rico,” added Wilson.
