Donnelley Financial Solutions, which provides cloud-based financial disclosure management software, has won an award for its Venue Data Room solution. It was named the top MA technology service provider for the second year in a row at the Global MA Network’s 2017 Americas MA Atlas Awards celebration.

This is the second consecutive year Donnelley has taken home the award.

Venue Data Room is part of the company’s Venue Deal Solution suite, helping organizations complete transactions, with deal sourcing, secure online data rooms and contract analytics features. Venue Data Room’s virtual workspace helps users organize, manage, distribute and track corporate governance, financing, legal and other documents online.

According to Donnelley, over the past year, investment in the company’s Venue Deal Solution’s technology suite allowed it to integrate artificial intelligence technology to streamline legal and due diligence processes.
