Marcum, New York, certified a Guinness World record honoring 9/11 hero Welles Crowther, which was featured in the debut episode of new show “Breaking History.” Marcum partner John Hughes and manager Nicholas O’Rourke (pictured) served as witnesses for the successful attempt to break the record for most bandanas tied together as a tribute to Crowther, who sacrificed his life to rescue more than a dozen people during the attacks.
