Anthony Delfiner (pictured) was hired as a tax partner in the commercial business group in the Jenkintown office of Marks Paneth.

RKL Wealth Management, a subsidiary of RKL, Lancaster, announced three promotions and a transfer: Nicholas Boyer was promoted to chief investment officer/executive vice president, Jeffrey Guindon was promoted to senior wealth advisor, Michael Hinerdeer was promoted to senior trader, and Amy Strouse was transferred into the role of manager with the tax services group, the same role she held at parent firm RKL.
