Eide Bailly is adding another Top 100 Firm, Vavrinek, Trine, Day Company, expanding Eide Bailly to California, effective July 22, 2019.
The deal will give Eide Bailly 11 California offices and an expanded Phoenix office. Eide Bailly, based in Fargo, N.D., ranked 21st on Accounting Today’s 2019 list of the Top 100 Firms, while Vavrinek, Trine, Day Company, based in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., ranked in 85th place. Eide Bailly has $336 million in annual revenue, to which VTD will add $53 million in revenue. VTD will also add 42 partners and 280 staff to Eide Bailly, giving Eide Bailly a total of 331 partners and 2,400 staff members. The combined firm will have more than 40 offices in 15 states.

Eide Bailly recently acquired Xerva, a provider of data analytics and data warehousing technology in Orem, Utah, and it merged in NetSuite provider Tactical Cloud in Southern California.
