Avii, which makes accounting automation solutions, has released new tools and updated others to address what it calls “traditional bottlenecks” in accounting. The company’s practice management platform, Avii Workspace, has new components that automate the exchange of documents and data communication. These functions were designed with new client intake in mind, but can also be used in any other area of tax accounting.
Also new in Avii Workspace, client information and communications are now handled through a single portal that uses prompts and automates the entire process. The software will alert users if one piece of information is missing or conflicts with another.
