Doc.It adds integration with DocuSign

Doc.It, which provides document management, workflow, document storage and web portal products for accounting firms, now offers DocuSign eSignature integration in the Doc.It Suite and Doc.It Connect portal products.

DocuSign is a widely used e-signature product that enables documents to be signed securely in a paperless environment from most devices.

“The integration of Doc.It products with DocuSign is designed to save firms hundreds of hours of administrative effort and reduce the significant cost of printing and processing traditional signatures by their clients,” said Kevin Murray, president of Doc.It, in a statement. “The Doc.It partnership with DocuSign aligns with our goals to help the accounting industry offer a seamless experience for their own clients, while increasing firm productivity and profitability.”

Firms already using DocuSign can implement Doc.It Suite or Doc.It Connect and use their existing DocuSign licenses from the Doc.It menu. Firms using Doc.It Suite or Doc.It Connect can add on DocuSign licenses and get e-signature processing from within the Doc.It work environment.

Doc.It Suite is a workflow, document management and customizable web portal system whose features include Doc.It form recognition, auto-filing, search and PDF markup tools. Doc.It Connect is a customizable web portal allowing firms and clients to share, sign, and manage financial statements, tax returns, invoices and other documents. Doc.It will be exhibiting its products at the AICPA Engage conference at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas next week.
