Product News: Red Wing offers data importer for CenterPoint software

Red Wing Software has released a data importing tool for its CenterPoint Accounting and Payroll products. The CenterPoint Data Importer allows customers to import customer records, accounts receivable transactions, general journal entries, employee records and more. The new tool can be installed as a custom option. Current customers can install the option by either following the instructions at this link, or by contacting support. New customers can follow the same instructions and install the data importer during the installation process. The data importer is provided within CenterPoint products at no additional charge.

Certify offers Western Union integration for international business mass payments

Users of the travel and entertainment expense management software Certify can now access Western Union from within the program to make international business mass payments. The goal is to provide this option to Certify users that have business operations outside the United States. Through this integration, mutual customers of Certify and Western Union can remit employee expense reimbursements and vendor payments directly to employees’ bank accounts in a range of currencies for both domestic and international transactions.

BlueVine increases financing credit lines

BlueVine, which provides working capital financing to small and midsized businesses, has increased its invoice factoring credit lines to up to $5 million, and its business lines of credit from $150,000 to $200,000. The company also recently opened a new office in Jersey City, N.J., where the company hopes to better serve customers and partners on the East Coast. Aside from its headquarters in Redwood City, Calif., BlueVine also has offices in New Orleans and Tel Aviv, Israel.
