Traxo, which provides a corporate travel data capture solution, has received an equity investment from Airlines Reporting Corporation. The two companies announced a commercial partnership last month. Along with the investment, Sam Gilliland, former chairman and CEO of Texas-based Sabre Corp., and Lauri Reishus, chief operating officer and executive vice president of ARC, will join Traxo’s board of directors.

Terms of the investment were not disclosed.
